The public demo exists to explain EDMS with fictional data. It has no connection to the operational system or its employee records.
Demo edits use versioned session storage where available. Selected JPEG, PNG, and PDF files remain in memory and are never uploaded. They are limited to 5 MiB each and 20 MiB per session. Reloading removes temporary local files; reset clears demo state.
No real sign-in, password collection, email delivery, passkey registration, external OCR, or production record mutation occurs. Supplied OCR examples and report downloads are labeled simulations or fixed examples.
Cloudflare serves the public assets and may process ordinary request/network data under its infrastructure policies. Optional website analytics are disabled by default. If enabled later, this policy must describe them before launch. Email inquiries are handled through your email provider and the recipient’s mailbox; do not send employee records, secrets, or passwords.
